Clinic Vendor Information

2018 Georgia Dugout Club Clinic

Vendors:

The Georgia Dugout Club will be hosting its annual clinic on Thursday, Jan. 11 through Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018.  The clinic will be held at the Hilton Atlanta/Marietta  Hotel and Conference Center, 500 Powder Springs Street, Marietta GA 30064, (770.427.2500).   Please call to reserve your room ASAP and mention that you are a vendor with the Georgia Dugout Club.  This will get our room rate of $109.00 per night (if reserved before December 1) and FREE PARKING.  We are expecting more than 900 participants to include baseball and softball.   

 
 Set-up will begin on Jan. 11 any time after 10:00 a.m. Breakdown must be before noon on Saturday. One eight-foot table with drape cloth plus floor space will cost $400.00.  If you need more than one table, you must request it. If not, then you are only guaranteed one table.  Any set-up of pitching machines, cages or tractors for demonstration needs to be requested and you may be charged additional fees based on this request. All tractors must be free of gas and oil and a plastic drop cloth must be placed underneath. If you require additional equipment, i.e., extension cords, please contact Cyndi Willis at Cyndi.willis@hilton.com or 678.819.3217. As in the past, a door prize is required at the time of your set-up.
