Three state schools end season nationally ranked

 

A trio of Georgia state champions end the season nationally ranked in the National High School Baseball Coaches Association poll.

Parkview, who won the Class 7A state title for the second straight season and won a state-record 36 games, finished as the No. 3 team in the country behind Argyle (Texas) and Cypress (California), who were ranked 1-2 respectively.

Loganville High School, which won its third consecutive Class 5A state championship, finished with a No. 22 national ranking after going 35-6.

And Class 6A state champion Heritage-Conyers, which captured the school's first baseball state title, was ranked 44th. The Patriots finished the season at 31-8.
